GOOD MORNING CANTINA!!!!!!

Lots to do today. I gotta get ready for the toy show next weekend which means going through and pricing everything, ugh. At least it's worth it and helps me purge the collection more. JJJ, you ever get squared away with a table?

If you ever get ready to sell the Mask stuff remember me. :)

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Me too :gah:. The funny thing is, I took the quiz two more times and with different answers and still got Leia.
It was your destiny!
Well, you are King Darkness, so it makes sense. Vader or Emperor would have worked also. Anybody get the Emperor yet????

Well, this is fitting... guess I really am an old man :lol:lol:lol

But don't f* with me, or I'll cut your arm off. :lol
:rotfl
I always said you looked like Obi-Wan. :rock

Fitting too, since I'm Darth Vader. We are best friends, and in the future I kill you. How nice. :lol :lol
:rotfl
That's gotta be the worst one you can get, unless somebody is a Jawa!

I need to do this as well, but it sounds like mine is the week after yours. I really need to devote this weekend to getting ready, especially since I've never done this before. I need to get organized and create a system.

Welcome to the Yoda club, my brotha! Apparently we are wiser than everybody else. :hi5:

Nope. Our friend told me to just make a payment, but I felt odd just doing that so close to the show and not being confirmed there was a table. I reached out to them again and never heard back to confirm I could make a payment. Looks like I lost the change again.
I don't have to pay for nothin' until I show up the day of the show. It's not necessarily a good system though, cuz he's had no shows before when he should have been sold out.

Installed Chrome and got it to work.

I am Han Solo.

First your missing star, and now this? Get a new computer, dude! Your Acer has run its course!

Yeah, if this is your first show you need to get things set up beforehand... they only give you a couple hours to set up, which you think would be enough time... but it's not. Have things labeled and know how your set up is going to be before going, that will help a lot.

Actually I just got a new computer at work. :) I only use that old Acer on trips cause I don't care if it gets busted up. And it looks like you as Yoda aren't as wise as you think... using the incorrect "you're". :p

Of course, I do get to chop off your legs...and I'll make sure to get all 3 of them. :lol:yess::hi5:

You actually made me go back and look! But I didn't use "you're". I used the correct "your". :thwak

The worse part is figuring out what to bring. I try not to bring a lot of huge or high priced stuff because space is limited and I've found that on average $5-20 stuff sells best. But that also depends on the crowd.

Also a good tip to maximize space, if you have any of those cheap plastic 4-5 tier shelves, bring one with you. You can always put one behind you or break them down to smaller shelves and make risers on the table. It really helps.

I don't price stuff until I get there. I'll write down prices in a notebook and then do it once I get everything set up properly.

Good idea about the plastic shelves. I don't plan on bringing huge items. The sucky part will be unloading the car, and re-loading it later. I need to decide how low I want to go. I really want to get rid of this crap, but I don't want to give it all away. Sadly I fear I'll sell more DVD's and BD's than toys, but it's the toys which are taking up space...
Interesting idea about pricing on a notepad. That would solve potential problems with post-its falling off...

I got Kenobi... but as someone trained in assessment I have to doubt the validity of this test :lecture
