re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Ben, looks like $25 bucks for Mario and 20 for each of the play sets according to the price in Yen converted to US dollars.

That's not too bad, though add a few bucks more for importing.

That little Mario is really cute. I'll tell you, it's hard to be a recovering collector...

Tell me about it. I'll be ok until they announce the new ReAction figures.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

This song really cheered me up. Thanks Flo. I've been having a **** few days...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

It's not bad at all. I suggest the vanilla flavored style. Just be sure to get unsweetened. Who needs all that extra sugar? Oh, and I use agave syrup to sweeten my coffee and tea. So, yeah, I guess I'm part hippie.

I went from Soy to Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk some time ago. At like 30 calories a cup it works for my Kashi cereal and protein shakes ! It's perfect.

I need to get some of that agave syrup and try.

You like my new avatar brother?

You know I love it ! :1-1:

Thought of you immediately. As you can tell. ;)

I can't get this song out of my head right now:

Damn you. Now I remember how great her voice is. Need to add her to the Vinyl wants !

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Sorry, I'm feeling good for the first time in two weeks. :(

:yess:

I hate how some of our smileys changed. My favorite used to be the big grinning :D which was green, and is now ugly as hell...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Where can we order, Ben??

I usually go through Amazon for the Tamashii Figuarts and Monsterarts stuff. I'll let you know when I see it pop up.

They're usually a little more expensive in the U.S. I was kind of hoping it'd be one big set, but I guess that's not too bad.

You think they will do that? Do you mean another wave of Alien figures? I know they have other things coming from other franchises...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Thanks, Ben!

Yeah, I was never much of a Fleetwood Mac fan or a Stevie Nicks fan, but I just happened to hear this tune and it really got me going. What a killer voice!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

The agave syrup is special because it's like 2/3 sweeter than the same amount of sugar. So it's not that it has less calories per size, it's that you need less.

Fun! And I loves being a hippie!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I'm sure he would love it!

Cool, I'll add an extra of it in with yours. Do you live close enough to him where you could give it to him?

No problem. I've always been a big Fleetwood Mac fan. I even posted a Fleetwood Mac rep song and nobody gave a crap.

Her voice made the songs. Then the sound of real instruments with it is really a treat in this day and age.

I will have to try it. I just have to cut out as much sugar as possible and calories. I don't use sugar as it is, but it is nice to have an option.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Whoa! Today just reported that all of Fleetwood Mac will be reuniting and recording new albums! :thud:

Oh yeah, we hang out at least once a week. :)

You know how it is... Sometimes you just have to discover things on your own, even if it's something as obvious as the singing of Stevie Nicks. :lol

I'm a sucker for raspy voices like that.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I'm going to make my way over to the astromech forum now, and see who's buzzing about Chopper. I get a daily email blast from the yahoo forum, but always just delete it right away so as not to get sucked back in before I'm ready. I did see rumblings about who's going to build him first...

Be back in a minute… :panic:

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Well, I'm hearing one of their songs in the Budweiser commercial Today is talking about now, so...

There's that too...

Funko is going to carry on the ReAction line for other properties. They're branding anything in the 3.75" size with vintage sculpting and articulation, "ReAction". Just like they're calling their 6" line "Legacy". They haven't stated if they're doing a second series of Alien though but have announced vintage properties like Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Goonies, Terminator, BttF. Even some modern properties like Firefly and Buffy.
