:lol Glad to see STFU can still be such a powerful tool :lol

And Black Widow is looking quite fine... I don't know much about the upcoming Cap movie, but loved the first one so I'm looking forward to it.

I liked Django and inglorious bastards but other than that I'm not a big fan of the guy.

Weapons and stuff become expensive... It's almost better to buy complete figures and then sell the incomplete ones.

The Empire and Jedi ones are so cheap, it's crazy... if you find a seller who is moving tons of loose figures with individual auctions who combines shipping you can score quite a few for 2 or 3 bucks each.

RS is also your friend.

I still need to get an Amanaman. The little tot version I got from the Secret Santa is pretty cool, though.

I love Django.... To me, Quentin is the director of our generation.

I like him a lot too. Kill Bill, Inglourious Basterds, and Django(My personal favorite) were all awesome. I think he kind of missed the mark with Death Proof, though. Kurt Russell is awesome, but Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror was definitely the better of the two Grindhouse movies.

Think I will do this. It's a good cause and you get something cool. Maybe a Friend or Ambassador

Funny story about that... a few years ago we had a guy working here that was a complete POS. Always getting in people's business, trying to micro manage everything, thought he was above everyone else in the office (even though we are all pretty much on the same level other than the main boss) and was just a handful and made everything more difficult than it had to be. Anyway, he was the "marketing director" here and I am the inventory guy who does all the purchasing etc. So he would always have me order stuff, but then have me call and check on the stuff numerous times...
"did this ship"
Yes
"can you call and confirm"
Ok. I called, they said they shipped.
"can you call back and get a tracking #"
.... Ok... here it is... 1395793-Z
"hey, those parts are supposed to come in today can you track them and make sure..."
... the truck hasn't delivered yet, but.. yeah it still shows on schedule...
"Can you call UPS and get the driver's phone # and call and make sure he'll be delivering today?"
........I... I don't think they can give that info out...
"Please call and check. I need the package today"
Ok...I called and they can't...
"Call back and ask for a supervisor..."

That sort of stuff... man I hated him working here.

Anyway, back to my original story... one day he was sending me emails back and forth (cause we had a whole thing here where I refused to talk to him any longer and all communication had to be done via email)... and he's asking me to check the specifics on some plastic façade things we are having made, and again keeps having me do all this stuff that means nothing and it was driving me crazy...
So he asks me something about the size and I reply back with something like, "They said it is on schedule and it will be within spec, so STFU."
Then he emailed back and said,
"...STFU?? ? What is that?"
And I replied... "STFU... Standard Tolerance For Urethane (Plastic) which is +/- .01"
I totally made it up... and was for sure telling him to STFU. Which I'm sure he knew, but with my well thought out reply he had nothing on me. He probably still ran and cried to management about it, but I never heard anything else. :D
He was let go some time ago. :D Sucky part is, the dude is my brother in law. He no longer works here which is awesome, but I still have to see him at family gatherings. But I haven't spoken a word to him in 7 years now probably. No need to, there is nothing good about that guy.

Sorry for the long read. haha.

It was fun, wasn't it? I enjoyed going through my figures. I still don't think I found all of them. I found 2 Vader cases, and one ESB case. But I think I had at least one more ESB case. There are many figures I remember owning which are still unaccounted for... And about 120 more boxes in the basement to go through...

Yeah it was a ton of fun but upsetting at the same time. I really didn't take care of my stuff as a kid plus I know I had more figures at one time. I still have my original Vader case as well complete with ROTJ stickers stuck to the back. :)

Anyone willing to pay me in Last 17, Ewoks or Droids figures for drawings?? :lol

Sadly, I don't have a single final 17 figure. And I'm personally excluding the cartoon figures as I never cared for the shows. Scratch that, I would like a Droids R2 & 3PO.

Mostly all my figures are ESB and ROTJ. I'm missing most of the original 21. I want to keep as many as my original figures as I can so if that means buying a complete figure for the accessories, I'll do it. While sorting I whipped up a quick spreadsheet so it will be easier. My memory is ****. Damn old age! :lol

I love Django.... To me, Quentin is the director of our generation.

I haven't seen Django yet but Quentin has been one of my favorites since True Romance. That man can write some crazy dialogue. Though I think he's a bit too obsessed with the N word.

I really, really loved Death Proof!! Kurt Russell was beyond amazing... I love that guy.

Yes! I've had a man crush on Kurt Russell since Big Trouble in Little China.

Reservoir Dogs is a classic. We quoted that movie all through college.

First time I saw pulp fiction was in Spanish in Spain, even though I'm fluent, lots of the humor was lost.
