Wolf of Wall Street > American Hustle

I mean, I was sold from the first minute. Leo doing a line of coke from a girl's *** crack! :panic:
:thwak Wolf of Wall Street < American Hustle
But yes, I liked that moment. I don't think it deserves all this Oscar buzz. Jonah Hill certainly wasn't worthy. I liked him, sure, but he was way better in Moneyballs.
American Hustle had WAY better performances. Wolf was full of nudity, and I'm a perv, but I still choose Hustle!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Hustle just went nowhere for me.

But I agree with you. Lots of naked Leo is always a good thing. ;)

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I never saw Wolf of Wall Street. Heard good things which I'll have to see eventually but American Hustle. That movie is amazing. The whole cast especially Christian Bale was amazing as always. Huge props to him. He made the movie even though Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence and Jeremy Renner did a outstanding job too just Bale really was fantastic. Loved his role within the movie. That movie deserves an Oscar. Especially Bale.:lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I wanted to see that movie "Her", but didn't get a chance to. Next one I'll see if Lego, of course.

That movie looked so odd even though I love Scarlett Johansson. I heard it as actually pretty good even with the weird idea.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

My workmate told me he'd wait for me to see Her so we could talk about it, then proceeded to spoil what seemed to me like the whole damn movie :lol

Awesome photos of SW and Indy props from the Lucasfilm Archives.

You have to click on this link showing SW/Indiana Jones prop archives from 1996-1997. Apparently many of these (all of them?) photos were lost and have never been seen.

There are tons of pictures! Amazing stuff!

And the original thread is ....... drum rolls ....... right here:

Ok, this is the third time this was posted in here today. :lol

Yeah, but not one poster here linked his post to the original thread ;) I get these things by email from friends and I also receive newsletters directly from TPB.

You just like Wolf cuz of the male orgy scene... :wink1:

It's good. Hmmm, I say it's a tie with Wolf. Hustle still wins...

There's no prize for being first! The last person to post a direct link on 1/31, however, is the clear winner! :lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

This is not about winning anything, not even reps or thanks (the thanks should go to Jason deBord who was kind enough to publish them for all of us). :) This is about learning new things from this cool set of unpublished Lucasfilm photos. I received this link on my email 2 minutes after Art first posted it on RPF, and would have posted it here even earlier, but at work is not that easy.

I was clearly joking... I have no idea who Jason deBord is, but his pictures are greatly appreciated! There are likely an unlimited number of photos which could still be posted over the course of the next 20 years, and we'd still not have enough. Very awesome stuff indeed...

In fact, the high level of interest is in those pics is evidently clear by THREE different people posting it here, plus the other thread devoted to it, plus my friend who first emailed me about it, and Art, and lord knows who else... This spread like wildfire!!!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Heading out, boys. Going to a movie. Probably Wolf of Wall Street...

I went with Lone Survivor. It was an awesome and touching experience. I appreciate the dedication and service of these men so much.

Very slow. I need to get an electrician out to do some work in two rooms. Once that's done, I'll be able to proceed. I still need frames, more prints, stands and acrylic stairs for my Kenner figures and so on and so on.

Does the one year poster make the cut :panic:

I still want to see that, and the Jack Ryan movie. Also want to see Walter Mitty and Anchorman, but I'll wait for those to hit our Budget theaters ($2 each) for evening shows, or $1 for matinees...

Speaking of winning, however, I see King Darkness somehow amazingly got his 11th rancher already! He's the first to max out. That's incredible. Did it in just under a month! Congrats KD!!!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Jack Ryan is next on my list for sure. I'll do matinée for that though. I think is a little short for a Clancy-esque movie.

I'm still pulling stuff out (that's what she said) to see what art I have and how much wall space is available. I wish I had more room for bigger pieces. It's a good thing I didn't buy the three one-sheets I originally planned. :lol

I do want to make room for that since it has Kenner figures and it came from you. :duff

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Group sex is always disgusting. A nice intimate three way can be hot. But I am typically repulsed by group, and that scene definitively gave me the heebie jeebies.

I think Flosi had 11 ranchers already sir.

I also saw those pics posted over at astromech. They did spread like wild fire.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I got knocked out of the running. Used to be top Jolly Rancher earner. People just don't love me like they love Flosi and King Darkness.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

JJJ got you a one year poster! :thud:

Trivia - which figure is not on the one year anniversary poster. (Only for non ROW attendees!)
