re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Seeing this pic a got a clouded flood of memories of a toy I had when I was young. Couldn't put my finger on what it was though. Wracking my brain for an hour it suddenly popped into my head.....

Muppet Babies from McDonalds. :lol

I think it was the color from Mario and Yoshi that got my mind working.

Now I have an overwhemling need to find these. Gonzo Kermit and Fozzie for sure!

Haha, I have all of those. :D

Kenben, I got my LEGO 3D and SW book yesterday. Thanks again!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Send them to me now!

Hells no! They were from my childhood as well. :D I may have an extra of some, but have no idea where my set is at the moment... and won't have time to dig through the boxes for awhile to see which are mine and which are extras.

I don't. I'm missing a set of Muppet Babies from McDonalds.

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I liked the little McDonald's food items that transformed into robots. Those and the Mario wind up toys were my favorite.

ALF hand puppets from Burger King were my all time favs.

eBay baby... food premiums are usually cheap as can be... just found all 4 for $14 shipped, but I'm sure you could get them for less:

And I'd agree, those were some of the best . I also loved the dress-up McNugget toys, the transforming food and pull back racing cars with the McDonald characters. Free toys is another area where the 80's totally owns the later decades :lecture

That's cool your wife wants to see it. I'm lucky to get mine to watch Iron Man, Thor and The Avengers. But I think it's Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth that make them watchable. :lol

Hmmm... you might be onto something :lecture

Seems legit.

Totally legit :lecture

One of the best after school shows of it's time.

Yeah, I really hope they can get it released someday as I'd love to watch it again and have it for my kid, speaking of which...

My kiddo turned 4 today :rock :rock :rock :rock And next week she starts PreK :panic:
