re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Did any company pick up the Mad Max license? My friend is a big fan and is looking for his first 1/6th.

I heard George Miller isn't interested in selling a toy license for the movie. Neca has been trying really hard to get the rights to do figures and hasn't had any luck.

Word on the street is that it's unobtainable. There were some 6" figures years ago but that's it. I know there are various custom parts floating around.

Good morning, biotches!!!

Morning, ****.

Yeah, those RW figures were some of the worst...

It's nice to know that Swedes still shop at Ikea, and it's not just you guys exporting your crap for us to buy! :lol You should get a job there, translating their instructions. Your English is great! The instructions? Not so much...

Ikea has great stuff. And low prices.

haha the instructions are crappy in swedish to :) but pictures are hard to translate :p

Just finished putting together the couch :)

Just do it, what else are you gonna spend your money on.

I wanna by me a nice Weber propane grill, I am getting tired of BBQing with charcoal.

I just went from gas to charcoal last year and I love it.

Gotcha... if I can't find something I really want with the RP, I've been buying figures to part out. I recently used RP to buy the Exclusive Brown Han Solo. I already have the Blue... but I wanted a brown coat for ****s and giggles. I also kept the holster and brown coat and sold the rest off on eBay; so far I've made $230 and have another $90 or so of stuff listed from him that hasn't sold yet.

The exclusive head sold for $81 :rock :rock :rock

My hope was to use $200 in RP on Han, keep the parts I want and get enough off parting him out to buy the Tauntaun... and I'm pretty close to that. Unfortunately I started spending the money as soon as it came in so I don't technically have the money for the Tauntaun, but when I buy him that's how it will be justified :lecture

Hmmm what are you selling the shirt and jackrt for?

We do get a video game though :panic:

:lol I've just never bought bigger items like couches there. Kinda surprised me!
I looked at them when I got a new couch last year, but ended up with going with a custom couch from a place that has some cool more modern simple style couches.

It's supposed to look like he did when he climbed out of the dirt in Godzilla vs. Mothra 1964. I have the first one, but this one's pretty awesome.

Yeah, for somee reason I always remembered that. I feel like the dirt adds a nice realism to it....so to speak. :)

The repaints get s little tiresome, but if I can get this cheap I will bite... Still waiting on the Millennium repaint to ship.

It's ikea, everything require assembly. :lol

Its actually not IKEA :)

Had to put the legs on and screw the 3 sections together, so maybe assemble was saying to much :)

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Feel free to make me an offer. Avoiding Ebay entanglements is the real trick. :)
OK. I'll have to give it some thought. I have no idea what those sketch cards typically go for. I also have to decide which one is my favorite. I wouldn't likely buy more than one...

IKEA instructions are pictograms! Ken is surely dumb! :lecture
But the pictures are in Swedish! Kenbenobi :thwak furystorm

Pretty slick. How many zillas do you currently own? I picture a LOT!
