Watermark wouldn't really do anything.

A watermark in the corner yeah that won't stop anything but a transparent type watermark across the image will. If done right its not too distracting but provides protection.

I use to do sport photography and post them so they could be purchased and people would just download the watermark one for their FB posts or blogs. I got sick of it and started doing one right though the middle that said "Don't steal this picture"

Watermarks only have value when things are re-posted or too complicated to replicate. This person obviously just used my piece as a starting point.

Oh they didnt use your exact artwork but copied it instead?

Right, basically just redrew the walrusman hand and used the idea of the Cheers font.

It's a crap shirt, really.

Angie and I just got back from there. Got to hang with fury too! We stayed at the Wynn years ago... very nice place.

Yeah, I stayed there once when it was brand new for FREE!!! This time it would be $299 total for 2 nights, but includes 2 buffets, 2 tickets to Cirque du Soleil, and some gambling credit... Their buffets are normally expensive. So it's a decent deal. I know I can find cheaper, but their hotel is REALLY nice.

It was the Flosi's Cantina logo with the severed arm... Thom should contact the company with a cease and desist order, or demand royalties.

If they directly stole it, that's total lawsuit material. But since they just copied it, unless they actually traced it, I'm not sure if there is much he can do...
