Now THAT is a Celebration experience that will never be forgotten. I didn't witness it live, but am so happy for Joseph. That alone made going to Celebration totally worth it. And he totally nailed it!!! Other people would have sounded like fools on stage, but he did it like a pro!!! They should have hooked up him with some swag though. Surprised they didn't...And for those that missed my 4 1/2 minutes of fame...
Lucky (and smart). I should have taken a recovery day as well. Back at work now... But at least I'm not crazy like some of those guys, who went back to work YESTERDAY! Especially Cody, who left at like 10pm Sunday night to drive home, after a full day at the con!!!I still have a day off today, so I may just bother Commander Cody at work with random texts of nothingness.
I got 7.5 hours, accidentally. Fell asleep just before 11pm, and woke at 6:25am CST (my body got used to EST, since that's about when I had been waking up each day). I agree, it's nice to have had a good night's sleep. But I still didn't do it in my bed! I fell asleep on my couch, with my laptop on my lap!I miss you ***holes, but it's nice to be home. I got 8 hours of sleep last night.
Thanks, J!Congrats on the call back and maintaining
I was kinda thinking the same thing... They could be crazy and do MULTIPLE Celebrations that year. It will be the last year with a Celebration before an "Episode" movie release. It will be the 20th anniversary of TPM, which also means the 20th anniversary of Star Wars Celebration!!! I predict TWO Celebrations that year. Granted, one may be in Europe, but I still predict two. I'll talk to Mary Franklin this weekend (she is very easy to find and approach at C2E2) and try to get information from her. Although she never gives me a direct answer, she's good at responding to my guesses, and those responses have been very reliable in the past...It's a toss up. Location unrevelaed.
Whichever one get's their Star Wars Land most completed will win !
That would have made it even more epic! It's too bad that wasn't the day you were wearing your Wicket shirt.
I was bummed you missed going to London last year. It was a great time. The Europe shows are less crowded. I got to do and see SOOO much more than I did this year, and Europe was only 3 days! Plus I worked the show, and still accomplished more! But... it was less fun because I had less friends there. It was definitely fun getting to hang with the gang this year, although I certainly wish it had been more. Still, it was certainly more than Orlando, where I barely saw you guys... Not sure what I'm gonna do about the next Celebration. I may try to work it, may not. There's advantages and disadvantages both ways. I still managed to get 15 of the 20 tots, without working the show, and I only attended 5 Collecting Track panels. Not too shabby...I hope I can make the next Celebration in Europe.
Nice to hear you guys had a good time.

It's a good thing those porn sites don't charge by the hour.

I know right... I considered it due to the panel, but I think I was feeling red that day
Thanks man, I was nervous and mostly didn't want to bring shame to the myself and by extension the Cantina I had hoped I could at least get his autograph, but that was a no-go... still the memory is priceless and Titus gave me a great idea of getting the Wicket Star Tot and this picture framed.
Thanks!
Yep, here's the link to the Day 2 Live Stream... The panel starts a bit earlier, but here's where I come in:
