Would be sweet if that is a new lightsaber, and some Jedi relic he found. That's what I'd have written into the story. Good excuse for something new and cool.

Looks more like a force pike to me, something similar to the riot control trooper baton that he uses to fence with Rey and her lightsaber.

Make troops, but don't have them take center stage over the human likeness. Those are always more impressive to look at than helmets.

Yep, the Figuarts lineup is surprisingly good. I didn't expect they'd do all the guards. The Rey looks great. I've mostly stopped collecting anything that isn't 1/6, but I'll probably pick her up and maybe some others once they drop in price a bit if they're reg releases.

I'm really hoping for TLJ Rey, Kylo, Luke announcements.

Yeah, and I wasn't expecting to see Jedi Training Rey on Force Friday as well, given how Bandai hasn't done any human likenesses for their initial FF releases. Surprising to see all the Guards as well from them as well!

I don't collect 1/12 nearly as much as I used to before either, but I still keep up with SHF and Mafex. Black Series has nearly come to a stop though.

Same here. I'm not trying to sell off my black series collection... it takes so long after you've accrued a lot lol. Though, I'm probably going to get rid of quite a few figuarts too. 6" was just way too easy for me to go on a buying spree lol.

1/6 may be more expensive, but I feel like my spending has slowed down a good amount. I spend way more time trying to decide what figures I really want.

My money is on Poe in his X-Wing suit. I was really upset they didn't release him for TFA so hopefully HT will not disappoint us this time.

The price difference between the 1/12 figures and 1/6 Hot Toys allows you to go deeper with those figures indeed. I had to sell off a big chunk of my Black Series, along with many others, to jump in initially. These prices are no joke lol.

That was my biggest disappointment with the TFA line as well. Here's their chance to finally do him with TLJ. Don't disappoint us again Hot Toys!

Honestly most would expect Poe to be released for TLJ, but if you look at the two previous movies, you should expect a trooper as the first release.

Judging from the videos of the selection of FF I've seen as a collectors view point . Nothing I can't really wait for and certainly nothing I have to rush out to get tonight.

So I'll just see what's left at the stores tomorrow. Have a feeling there will be plenty. And if not I can wait

Yeah I don't get the theme of the packaging either, other than that it catches your attention but it really doesn't feel like SW . IDK Disney must be thinking it has to be bright and colorful
