I've never wished so hard a Star Wars movie gets delayed then

Yea and a bit of recovery time for our wallets. Between 2 movies and OT, one can easily be paying 1 figure a month next year.

Oh okay, cool. For variety sakes, she would make a cool figure. I think she's kind of a long shot unless she's a breakout character though. Even Rose is a longshot and she's supposedly a main character here.

Anybody think we could get another new Leia? This is her final big screen appearance. I can see them putting her out late in the line the way they did Force Awakens Luke.

Bear in mind that Luke came so late because Disney tried to keep his appearance in the movie the most secretest secret ever, and Luke has been delayed for what feels like all of eternity during production.

Leia's footage was shot a long time ago and we (and toy companies) know exactly what she's gonna look like in that movie. There's no reason we should have to wait as long for her as we did for Luke.

Exactly, especially for Force Friday. Unknown new characters like Rose should come later after people have seen the movie.

The first Old Luke is still not in the wild yet.

Pretty much all others have a figure already. Plus they don't look that much different compared to TFA imo. Except Kylo perhaps. Rey as Jedi will come though. But she has 2 figures already.

Rant end. Just give us Poe in flightsuit and surprise us HT !

Yep. With TLJ Finn almost a given, they'd better not wait too long for a TFA Poe as bashing one will be pretty easy.

Something is seriously wrong with HTs if they don't make a Poe but not sure if he will be one of the initial offerings on Sept 1. I don't think we will see the entire line until November. Howard Chan mentioned in an interview that they receive a lower amount of pre-release information to work with for Star Wars compared to other films like Marvel and DC.

Yeah, they're really trying to keep things under wraps for this film. Even for the limited amount of stuff that gets released for promo images and such, Rian Johnson and Mark Hamill actually said people should try and avoid it at all costs. It actually gets me excited that they're working so hard to keep things from leaking. Hopefully that means there's a good story they're trying to protect.

I'm also not keen to see or hear too much. Spoils the movie I think. I did some very selective reading of the stuff that was released this week via one of those movie magazines.

I think Poe will be a given in the TLJ line. It sounds like he has quite an upgraded part. I prefer his outfit on the cover of Vanity Fair with the dark brown jacket. I'll want to display him with Finn, and possibly Rose.

I'll be honest - I'm gonna spoil myself on Rey's parentage. I just want to know whether she's a Skywalker or not. Tired of all the online spec, and quite frankly I'm hoping she's not. But I want to go in and see the movie for what it is. I would rather get over my disappointment with that first, if she turns out to be. Otherwise, I'd like as little spoilers as possible.

This is gonna sound weird...but I almost always give into spoilers.....I am gonna try not to this time.

The problem is that if this story is a jarring as they are saying.....it will be reviewed quite negatively at first as people try to absorb the new material and fit it into their pre conceived notions about the SW universe.

I feel bad for Rian. Even if he comes up with new visual elements and an interesting , engaging story as he show he can......he will lose....
