IP address blocking does nothing at this day and age with VPN and Hide.me sites. The forum sections really need to have a maximum allowed number of posts and threads by new members per hour.

Whats needed is a post restriction on new members for 5 posts. All must be cleared by a Mod before posting.

And something to restrict new members instead of registering instantly. A few verifying questions maybe, asking about their favorite collectibles, company that makes collectibles etc. and each new member to be approved by admin/mods after looking at the answers. Otherwise these spammers won't stop.
