I'd rather have more points. getting 14 points from a QB that got 300 yards & 2 TD's or 11 points for a WR that had 10 catches for 120 is weaksauce

Makes sense but that has to do with how the league scoring is set up and scoring can be adjusted by the commish, that really doesn't have much to do with decimal scoring...

Decimal scoring helps prevent ties and is fundamentally more fair. For example with decimal scoring a WR has 14 yards receiving = 1.4 points, without decimal scoring that 14 yards only equals 1 point.

In other words, why should two receivers get the same amount of credit (1 point) if one has 19 yards receiving and the other has 10 yards when there is no decimal scoring.

I just left everything as the yahoo default to make it easy so I am open to any changes for rosters, scoring or playoffs you guys want. I have played in all kinds of leagues so those things don’t really make a difference to me. The one thing I know we need to change is the time limit for the draft picks… 1:30 was WAY too long.

Keeper league is where you can choose to keep some of your players, they don't get reset in next year's draft pool - but there are caveats like you lose draft picks and such...

No, I don't agree with that. In fact I'd like to add a couple more teams. You shouldn't be able to pick up stars off the WW... you have to do a little homework and find the diamonds in the rough.

Thanks Meat, if I had to lose to anyone I would've been most honored to lose to you. You definitely made me sweat it out there at the end after Beastmode went off for 17 points in the first quarter.

Thanks to everyone for playing and making it a super competitive league, all your teams had serious talent and could've won it all.

I'm down for a baseball season. You can all beat me up in that league and rub it in since I suck at evaluating baseball talent. (I'm the guy who cut RA Dickey last season when I played in an ESPN free league, doh!, so yeah)

I set the live draft for March 8th at 6:00 pm but that can be changed. Also I adjusted the player list to add more utility players and more starting pitchers. I also added no hitters, perfect games and hitting for the cycle as stat catagories so those will bring a nice little bonus when they happen... (of course I can delete those if peple don't want them.)

I'm not sure I'm the best one to talk about that stuff unless the advise is to do the exact opposite of what I do because I normally STINK at baseball.
