Well, about two weeks until TeslaCon.. my first time in over 3 years. Last 3 years of it I had to cancel because of medical reasons. Three years ago was cancer/treatment, then in the hospital, then in the hospital again. This year I *am* going. Wisconsin, here I come!

It's a steampunk convention in Madison, WI. Isn't really related to Tesla.... just a name for it I suppose. I think it's one of the two biggest Steampunk conventions left in North America.

Ah, Madison. No wonder. I probably wouldn't drive that far... I haven't gone to any of the Madison Wizard Worlds. But of course, WW sucks. They're just cash cow money grabbers for autographs. They aren't good conventions anymore...

I thought of Gizmo before I even saw your guess. Those eyes totally give it away. I didn't really think about the beak until you said it, so I probably wouldn't have thought of Howard the Duck on my own. But it's totally Gizmo.

Sadly, I don't think it does. But very little info has been leaked about that set, other than the packaging, so I hope to be proven wrong...

Yeah, there sure are. BanthaFett hasn't popped up yet either... Our thread is starting off slower this year, but that doesn't mean it won't pick up. I am still trying to think of what contests to do. I'll have at least 2, hopefully more. I gotta dig some stuff up...

I'm still here, mostly just lurking...haven't said much for various reasons, including disappointment over the banthafett situation, embarrasment that I held a contest at close of Freaktacular last year but never picked a winner, and embarrased that I yet again dropped the ball on getting my wife to start making Mort patches ahead of time, and now she doesn't have time to produce them so I don't have much to give as prizes...unless folks are interested in things from the Smuggler's Bounty Loot Crates (Star Wars themed) I've gotten but didn't care for.

I hate Lt. Corman... because his last name sounds like Korman... which is KenBenobi's last name... and I can't stand that guy. Ugh. ;p
But I don't hate him enough that I wouldn't want to win his little minimate figure. haha.
