Mom passed away a coupe of weeks ago, so I have been in a daze, and just trying to get all of this madness taken care of..and hurting so deeply I have neglected so much, but time to get HAPPY....and get my Spook on!

Okay..so Bathafett had his SAMHAIN contest in chat at the end of Spook last year. I had supposedly won a HT Chewbacca, and Kami won a PF I think, and there was another big prize if I am not mistaken. Well....NONE OF US got any of our prizes. Easy to give away stuff...if you in fact never actually send them out! Ha! He just disappeared, so who knows. Hopefully he is okay, if not..I take all my anger back. LOL!!

I do remember that now. I half thought he wasn’t serious about those contests. It was just a feeling I had. I hope the guys alright, but holding a contest and not following through is wrong. I hope nothing bad happened.

I won a contest last year but never got any prizes, it was the contest where u guessed a number for the secret prizes.
Life happens i guess.
But I legit thought it was part of freaktacular lol like a joke or something,

I wasn’t aware of how many contests that were held last year in which people didn’t get their prizes. That’s really ****ed up. I understand that people get busy and life tears it’s ugly head every now and then, but anyone that holds a contest should keep the winner informed.

First of all, my deepest condolences HappyBoy. Remember the best of times you spent with her and that's how she will always be with you.

Agreed with GZL. I had no idea others weren't getting their prizes. I know I didn't get a couple of them myself but did not want to make a fuss about it.

That said, I'm certain the Hatbox Ghost sent out the prizes to all the winners last Spook.

Same thing happened to me, from the year before. I won a SS Beetlejuice, Celtic Predator (remember him?) won something else. Crickets. I enjoy the thrill of the contests and the overall fun, so not too disappointed, but I had talked to Kami about it. Sucks though for him since I think his prize was for something no longer available (that he didn’t buy on his own).

Like someone else said, life happens. Hopefully everything is ok with Bantha though!
