I actually train my kids on which candies to pick when a choice is offered. I tell them to leave those things, candy corn, tootsie rolls, suckers, and other similar things alone. I tell them they should pick "real candy" like Snickers, Peanut Butter Cups, etc.

I've joked with them that if they bring back those other things I'll send them back to swap them out. Joking of course, but it's a laugh talking to them about it. Hell, if I'm gonna raid their candy bags later, I want a good choice!

The one Halloween Candy that no one likes that I like to eat is Black Jelly Beans/Black Licorice. I don't know why, I just like it.

I can't stand black licorice. I have a couple friends that do like it but not many.

No, Mary Janes are the candy in the yellow wrapper similar to Bit o Honey.
The orange and black things are called Peanut Butter Kisses.

I actually like that one. Brutal graphic murders are cool with me. I'm just not into the new gore porn stuff like Saw and Hostel.

Hostel definitely took a toll on me. But it makes sense; especially with those kind of psychopathic tendencies. Saw has it's occassional moments. I think the one that got me the most was the one where a women had to stick her hand in acid and grab the key. Didn't help I was handling sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid yesterday for chem.

I like licorice. Yummy!

Twizzler has stepped up massive game with those filling ones. Love that cherry and lemonade ones.

Okay so I'll be expecting a bag of unwanted Black Licorice from the lot of you.

That's so grossss!
-Then again I wasn't a huge dark chocolate guy either til now.
