I seriously have never been more addicted to 2 trailers in my life than these 2 and a large part of that is because of the music yet the irony is that the weakest part of the movie…was the music!

Apparently that's because in addition to playing 11 characters on screen Chris Hemsworth's wife also did the score.

... where was the Feral Kid and the Humungus references? I mean, I heard a guy say "It's humungus" but it had nothing to do with that character.

Definitely the latter. Dune skipped the finale with no War Rig Hang Glider chase or Bullet Farm assault to make up for it. Furiosa and Dementus' minimalistic final interaction still managed to be satisfying and cinematic whereas Chani glaring at a worm was stupid and confusing, lol.

Also with regard to the 40 day war montage we'll still always have the option of just binging Fury Road immediately after which does provide the all-out three way war, the jury's out as to whether we'll see anything like that in whatever angry Chani movie Denis is planning next.

Fury Road is like the CLIMAX to Furiosa.

The wasteland script should have an Escape from NY (Sydney/Melbourne) action scene plus Max should go back to his old home.

It’s amazing that Miller put this movie together during the pandemic shut down.
