Honestly news like this and the fact that the character Blue Beetle is continuing but his film isn’t in continuity with the DCU is really starting to make me question some of the decision making.

DC seems to continue on this messy trajectory. This is canon from the old universe, this isn’t. We have separate Multiverse films that don’t tie to anything else but exist. It just seems like mixed messaging and honestly comes off as a giant cluster f*ck.
