WHAT? no light feature?

They should add light feature for an extra $50 and it would have been a LSB grail for sure.

PASS :)

if he's hollow, a light up feature wouldn't be that hard to do. solid casted, while still possible would be much harder to do.:(

yes it is for sure that there will be both a regular and ex. available.
the debate is still open though if silver surfer will be with both.

i for one believe he will be, just the name plate differance for reg to ex. as the norm with all other lsb's

Yeah, surfer will come with both, and the EX is a nameplate. Watch everyone get in a frenzy, order it...then when the times comes to pay, the (cancel) excuses out number the ES. Remindes me of how the Tooth orders went ;)

INSIDE INFOS ^^^^^,This is confirmed. The surfer will come on the reg edition too.... No worries on Friday for me as I plan on displaying him without the name plate.

What's with everyone getting in a fuss if it's hollow or not? Contrary to popular belief, in real life:

It's what's on the outside that matters!!

Name plates look tacky anyway. This is a solid piece. Wonder what the ES for the regular will be... 500?

i would think not, unless ssc wants a bunch more dust bunnies in their warehouse. even with homerun characters like venom (900 combines es:lol) i'm thinking ssc maybe is starting to learn their lesson.

if i was them i would hold the reg es at 350 range, but of course alot of that depends on the amount retailers order, since that's were most of the regs usually end up going.

Did you guys see the cloud passing on Sideshows page linked to Galactus Pics.....As there wasnt enought hype for this Bust...

So...why didn't they just make a 20 inch format Silver Surfer instead of the puny small one included in this LSB? Since they're producing one...why not just make it in a bigger size? Aiyah.....

That's the same thing I thought.

my guess would be that then he would be out of scale with galactus, since this piece can't be 1/2 scale, i believe they are using SS to show the scale and actual size of galactus without making a 4' lsb. though that would be cool i don't think many would buy that one.:naughty

At full power, Galactus possesses Class 100 strength, enabling him to lift well over 100 tons, and he can use his vast power to increase his strength immeasurably beyond that. However, Galactus invariably relies on his energy powers in combat rather than his physical strength. :banana

I heard that the PPO was canceled, so everyone should just take it easy on Friday and stay away from your computers. :D

yeah that too.:D

i really don't think this PO is going to be that big of deal now that it's confirmed that the surfer dude comes with both versions. since he was definately the biggest draw point for the piece imo. most people couldn't give a sht about the name plate.

myself if i get the ex. great. if not, no biggy and i'll settle for the reg version.
