to be fair that particular EX is broken and the seller even says he couldnt fix it.

$650 is still a great price for an unbroken EX.

mine was repaired though. it seems like a lot of the statues for sale have a broken ex plasma hand.

Hunnipot85 has one for $650, the energy trail was repaired (by me) so it's no longer broken. You can't even tell it was ever broken unless you're looking right at the spot. PM her.

I don't think she's debating it was broken then fixed. If its hardly noticeable, it should be perfectly fine to purchase. $650 sounds fair.
