is it super fragile like some people are saying?? i'm worried if i keep it displayed too long it could just snap off.

mine isnt super fragile. its not terribly sturdy, but will certainly hold in dispaly

I got mine. The package that absorbes moisture broke open so I had a thousand little beads rubbing all over the statue. Some paint scrubbing on his pants because of that. Figures.

Just got home and unboxed my ex. I guess I dodged several bullets here, crooked eyes, broken hands etc. I'm very impressed with how this piece turned out! With his full length trench coat, this wouldn't have looked near as good as a comiquette, the real material jacket is the icing on the cake imo.

I was hoping that the reg was removable as well so it would fit in the box.

Well I got my Gambit in and it's amazing! No lazy eye portraits here. I did however notice it had loose energy cards but not as bad as the previous photo posted here. No biggie though I'll just hit up SS and have them send me a new energy hand. Other than that the statue was flawless. For those who are interested the coat does seem like it can be removed and put back on easily since the arm attached to the statue is facing straight down. I haven't tried it yet though so don't quote me on that. I'm gonna try to get some photos up tomorrow after work.

Got my EX today in Sunny London.

No real problems - only crit is the finsihing on the hands isnt as sharp as the rest of the piece - did anyone else find this?

Also had the problems with the beads - luckily no scratches though.

Overall though I am impressed with this piece, easily one of my favourites.

I have a feeling the arm facing straight out is detachable on the regular as well. The head on the Regular Wolverine PF had to be attached, it wasn't permanently stuck on.

Yea it does make sense that the regular would be removeable as well come to think of it, so it fits in the box. As far as that eye goes, i really think too much is being made of it, it doesn't seem to wonky to me, and seems to make sense with the pose?

I also had problems with the beads. they've gone cheap and used crappy paper to but those beads in. i've got some paint scuffs on the pants from them rolling around.

His base had some sticky residue (from the packaging) around the top border... anybody else have this problem?
