I don't know,.... To me, the face is so similar to her on screen counterpart that calling her face "good at best" is the same thing as calling her game model "good at best".

yea but the two aren't identical so that would just be your own comparison…since i think that it isn't that accurate (just in terms of the little things) i wouldn't say that that is indicative of anything of the game…i personally love the game own a physical and a digital copy, 100% single player completion…your not talking to someone who really doesn't love this game…i just feel I'm being objective…same way i can say the face on shepard pf isn't accurate; hell this one looks more accurate then that one…ppl start to catch feelings that bcz they ordered it or really like it it has to be perfect or its absolved from receiving criticism--its a joke-- and again i LIKE THIS STATUE--just noting the face stuff--which someone else even agreed with me on after re-looking @ it--the variations in color are clear as day; not even debatable 2 me

I don't want to sound rude, but no one is challenging your opinion (which you are entitled to). We just don't want to see the same complaint being reiterated every page by the same person.

I only found out about this statue today. Although I have the Collector's Edition of the latest game, I haven't had a chance to play it even though it has been out for almost a year.

Personally, I really love the look that they gave Lara in the new game's artwork so I have to admit that I absolutely love this new statue from Gaming Heads! I hadn't heard of this company before today but just pre-ordered this piece from them and am really looking forward to it after hearing feedback from those of you who have purchased their statues in the past.

As for the eyes, I do see why people have mentioned a slightly asian look but I agree that she looks pretty great as she is. I also think that more eyeliner is better...just sayin'. The one thing that concerns me with the prototype pictures is simply that her right leg appears to be very thin, even compared to the her left leg. I'll include a picture that I think shows that.

With that being said, I think they did a great job on this one and although she doesn't look exactly as I envisioned her based upon the box artwork, I think she is still great looking. REALLY LOVE IT so I'm a new fan of Gaming Heads. It will be interesting to see what future releases they have planned.

Yeah I can't wait to see what they do for the future of this line either. The production pieces seem to basically match the quality of the prototype's, so that's great news!

Xaerius, I think it's just the angle of her legs that's giving off the thinner than normal look. That and the way they sculpted the wrinkles on her pants. I personally think it looks fine to me. I PO'ed her also and I hope she comes out looking great.

I'm curious to see how quickly or slowly the EX sells out. I see from their other lines that their statues - even the Exclusives - are often still available long after they went up for pre-order. Wonder if this one will be any different?

This one does seem like it has created the most buzz. At least on here. All the other threads sunk to the bottom faster than a cinderblock in water.

Head sculpt is pretty good, the eyes look a little too small giving it the slight asian appearance, should have been a bit bigger but it's not something that really detracts

I'm always surprised at how much opinion a lc statue generates. Ss already made three of her and now this. I'm sure there is a version for everyone
