The bad news:
Missing paint on the Exclusive Head. I am trying to get a replacement from SideShow. I contact them and they asked me 3-5 Bussiness days to get back to me.
Does anyone know if this is the way they deal with these situations???
It is my first time having a problem with SideShow and i hope they can replace it for me.

They will take care of you, you will just need to be a bit patient. I received a cracked head on my last Nina Turtle and contacted them the day it arrived. It took a week for them to reply asking for pictures, then another week to give me my RMA number. The next day I got the shipping label e-mail and shipped it back the same day. About a week after they received it (according to the tracking number), I got an e-mail saying that they received it and the replacement would ship out in another 1-2 weeks. Transit time will vary depending upon how close you live to Sideshow, but I would expect things to be taken care of in about four to six weeks, more or less. But in the end, they will help you for sure.

My wife just brought home #22 from the UPS depot. He is amazing!!! The crystal looks so real, Sideshow really did an amazing job on him!! Pics to come this weekend!

My waitlist converted..flex pay...but I don't think I can wait, I know I'll end up paying it off in a few weeks.

Pulled the trigger on the excl. flex pay wait list last night and I just got the notice for conversion.

I'm soo pumped right now, this will be my first PF, and I just wanted to thank everyone who posted in-hand pics in this thread. They really helped me go forward with this, and I can't wait till I get it in hand myself.

Damn - just hit the tracking. Mine has arrived in Jacksonville, en route to O-town.
Tacking says estimated delivery tomorrow. I will probably miss him if thats the case as I'll be at work. Do they deliver on Sat, does anyone know?

He looks fanshmabuous! I just watched Fellowship last night, so my anticipation is at peak!! I'm lovin the exclusive head too! This will be my second pf (Vader was my first) and I cant wait to see him. Got his spot all dusted and ready for occupancy!!
