Yes, it's bad business sense on their part, but it's ethically nice of them that they chose to take a small hit instead of milking the customers who had pre-ordered a second original gammy.

We really shouldn't be laughing at them for this choice. They may be less willing to do something similarly nice next time!

Yeah, though I'm wondering if it was intentional or oversight.

Given how rabid everybody was getting with the lack of announcements, and how ADD SW collectors can be, my money's on the latter.

As I said above, it doesn't really sense to get mad about the timing. even if it is a little odd. But I personally would have preferred that they either just include both heads with the Gamorrean (perhaps using one head as the exclusive), or made the two figures more different from each other.

That said, more than any of these issues, I'm disappointed that the Gamorrean isn't a better figure, with more articulation, a better sculpt and better paint. And don't get me started on the wall section. Who among us would've been able to identify that as a piece of Jabba's palace if we weren't told what it was? And $140 for a small piece of broken wall? Jabba's throne was only $199!

Yeah, I'd hate to see what they would charge for the throne now. I'm glad it came out when it did.

$200 was an easy buy for the Jabba throne because Jabba+throne is freaking EPIC.

Its harder to justify it on nonessential pieces like this. Similar the Thrawn chair is an easy pass, the Emperor's throne is a must have.

I don't bother with the 2007 vs 2010 dollars thing because I'm still making close to what I was back then.

I think some of you are underestimating the size of this wall. This wall will be as big as the throne sat upright and it's taller than the Han Carbo environment. Yeah its boring but its HUGE!

Have they given us dimensions? Looking at the photo in relation to the guard, I would say it's going to be no more than 18" tall, which is about the same height as the Han in Carbonite wall, but a LOT smaller than the throne stood on end (26" not including the gargoyle heads).

Gartogg for $70 seems like a good deal to me.

I ordered. And even though I love the 1/6 line, and want to be a completest with it, I passed on the arch. The first time I've ever made a conscious decision to pass on something 1/6 by SS. It's not that impressive for that price. Maybe I can get it for $75 or less somewhere down the road.

I've also been considering cancelling Nadon's nook.
