I reall wish everyone would stop reposting that image. It is really weakening my resolve to not reorder Jabba.... Have mercy on a guy, will y'all?

DANG IT!!!!!!! :monkey4

Sorry for tempting you to the Dark Side Pix, but your resolve will only weaken more when people start posting in hand pictures when he's out, so if you really want him, I'd suggest dropping your name on a wait list or something now before he gets very popular and pricey. I'm just glad I'll get him in hand before I start living with my girlfriend, I might get a little flack for him if I got it after, but if he's already mine, it's part of the package :)

Actually, if you could find me one of those MIMB, I would take it over Sideshow ... but that's more of a nostalgia thing ... sigh. Just remember gang, these Star Wars "collectibles" might be nice today. However, they will never be as cool as the toys we had as children. No way we can ever feel the same "magic" we had running around with out little plastic creatures.

Actually I think when I got Maul that was the most fun I have ever had with a figure, Kenner-Mattell-Mego-Hasbro-Galloob or otherwise.

I agree with you on that one. I was 7 when ANH came out so most of my childhood was playing with my Star Wars toys. My brother got most of the bad guys and I was stuck with the good guys but it was a blast having battles with him and all our friends.

The Falcon and the loan for those Prototype Sabers last year killed me. :monkey4

And that's why we keep buying these pieces...to remind us of the magic of Star Wars when we were kids. I was 8 when ANH came out and my parents took me to see it. I don't remember much of my childhood, but I do remember those action figures. Chewie is still buried in the backyard somewhere. :lol

Doesn't Jabba look like he's juking to some music in this shot? :chew

I'd make this my laptop image if it weren;t for the freaky guys behind him...:lol
