Dude, I still get chills when I see replays of that game. When he hits that shot and just about collapses in Pips arms and has to be helped to the bench...that's a will to win that very few peeps have.

Yeah, Lebron is a incredible physical specimen and a beast on the court but he rarely just takes over a game when all the chips are down. I will say though, if he can find a way through GS in the finals, he's going to get mad respect from me. That won't be easy. Those championships in Miami were bought and paid for but winning a championship in Cleveland...you'd have to give the man his props.

Agreed. The game was so much more physical back then and you could get away with so much more on defense. Could you imagine the Bad Boy Pistons playing their style of D in this era?

I'd promise you Greene and his cheap shots would be dealt on the court with since the league tends to do nothing about them in today's version

Spurs lost

Kevin Durant is not a superstar when he consistently chokes games away during the playoffs. He will never win a championship. If he leaves OKC he deserves 100x more hate than LeBron when he left the Cavs. OKC has a talented roster with a top five player to compliment KD, LeBron had no one.

Hoping the Cavs win, but as I said all those months ago.... Congrats to your 2016 NBA Champions, the Warriors, hopefully I am wrong.

Well, I think the other issue is he was hyped up as the second coming since he entered the league. He was turned into a marketing machine and we were all told to accept him as the next greatest player of all time

Because he held the city of Cleveland hostage and then pompously announced his signing in Miami. No other athlete in the history of professional sports had ever acted that way before. Sure, they may have a press conference but to make everyone wait and then announce it on his own personal show during prime time pretty much confirmed the dbag that everyone suspected he was.

That is not an issue either. Jordan had Grant and Rodman join him.

If the game was on the line and you need to make a shot to win I wouldn't take Lebron over most stars today let alone hall of famers. He can't be the GOAT if you rather have someone else take the shot.
