And I draw fricking slow too. Part of being a perfectionist I suppose is you're always erasing lines... nothing ever seems to be good enough. I would like to post some of my art, and pictures of other things (all in good taste I promise) if only I ever learned how to upload pictures...

Keeping the thread on topic, though I love the drink, what do you guys think about Leia's face in the top pic of the comparison photos?

I really feel as if her face was photoshopped on. The colors in her face do not match the rest of her. This could be the lighting (like having a different color on her front light than the backlight) but it looks PS'd to me.

This also goes with the earlier comment that her facial expression was changed from early proto to current proto.

I dunno. It looks to MY eyes like it's not PS'd. The lighting matches, and it has the same color as the highlights on the rest of the body. It's just not a fabulous bit of product photography, in my uninfromed opinion.

I am confused. People in Asia have received the Leia statue already yet in these photos it shows a release date of Fall 2007. Which I don't like. However, what I do like is the 120 US price. Wasn't she going for 180 US? Hmmm, what gives? Can someone shed any light as to what's going on here?

Wow....that's certainly disheartening...Especially since I just won one on ebay and am eagerly awaiting it's release! I paid $130 shipped....and here I was thinking I got a good deal!

Damn, I'd be all over this for $120. I'll be on the look out for one of these once it starts shipping and the market becomes flooded like with all GG pieces. It will look great under Adam's CIV Leia print

He still has it up for that price too. Very tempting but I'm sure I'll be able to get this for around $125 shipped at some point. If not, I might go with the Koto Leia since she's all 'sexy' in that statue as well. Just want something to pose with the coolest CIV print

She's one solid piece with the base from what I seen. Can't say about the scale. She might be 1/6 but don't quote me on that.
