I believe we have enough Caucasian heroes. It's bad enough half of the superheroes were created when America was a prejudice/racist peace of S#!t (more than it isnow.) Plus, 99.9999999999999% of the publishers were white in the first place.

Because other countries are completely without racism and have world famous superheroes! :lecture:lecture:exactly:

FYI, Marvel's biggest cash grab is Canadian, and Image's biggest hero is black. :lol

...it sucked as bad as it looks. :lol While I agree about superheroes being more than just white, unfortunately, history shows that the market is fickle. That's not to say there haven't been successes like Blade, Hancock, War Machine (who I can't wait to see get his own movie), and to some extent, Black Panther, movies like Steel and Spawn, don't really help much, and that fault doesn't only lie with the studios as the communities with the shared ethnicity, seldom come out in droves to support them. In the end, it's not a matter of racism, but business. No market = no money = no movie. :(

There are no mexican superheroes, at all, :rotfl
Besides Zorro, there are not hispanic super heroes whatsoever, none, nothing
I mean, people complain there are not enough african american superheroes in general, lol, when there are like Zero Hispanic ones :lol

Bane? He's a villian...but still :lol

I mean, 90 Percent of superheroes and comic book characters are white, sure, that sucks
but there are so black heroes and characters, some of the best, Spawn, Blade, freaking bad ass,

Hispanic ones....nothing lol :lol
Bane, not sure if he counts or not

Bane used to count as Hispanic.... until Chris Nolan got his hands on him.

Hispanic refers to an ethnicity that covers people of Spanish descent. Spain is in Europe. Europeans are white. There are light-skinned Hispanics, and darker Hispanics of mixed African or Indian descent. I'm surprised people are still confused by this.

Someone told me that In the Justice League there used to be a Super Hero of Hispanic descent or something but never really checked.

and, even the new spiderman is half black/hispanic, lol, not even full hispanic,
we should get a puerto rican super hero :hi5:

Bane is from a fictional Caribbean island called Santa Prisca, or Cuba according to the animated series. Wears a luchador mask, usually speaks with a South American accent. How is he not Hispanic?

there's the new ghey spiderman, which is part hispanic.

In terms of DC, the new Blue Beetle is hispanic I think, as was the female Wildcat from the 1980s and Vibe from JLA Detroit. I think Kyle Rayner (1990s Green Lantern) was supposed to be part Mexican.

In Marvel, there was Sunspot whose name was Dacosta, so I assume he was from Central/South America somewhere. Also, there was that woman that transformed into a cat in the early 2000s Avengers reboot. And, uh. . .they were pretty heroic.

Not much, I know, but there were some Hispanic type superheroes.

Spider-Man 2099 is Mexican-American, but he's as close as it gets to mainstream. The rest, like Slingshot, are B-listers at best. :huh

This is one of the reasons I loved G.I. Joe. Pretty much everybody was represented and despite a handful of stereotypical insults (Quick Kick, Spirit, Budo, etc.), they were all pretty much awesome!
