That's not true at all Pixels was hated from the first trailer.

The only reason no one talked about it is cause Adam Sandler didn't go "Oh it's cause I'm Jewish, isn't it?" and nobody went to see it

You know, I kind of got some respect for Adam Sandler thinking about this movie, he gets hate constantly and he never bashed any people the way Paul Feig did.

Imagine, this is the FIRST time Paul Feig has gotten any hate, Adam sandler has been hated on since LITTLE NICKY.....

thats like a decade of hate. yet you have never seen him freak out the way the people making this movie did.

Imagine Paul Feig having to endure a decade of hate like that.... probably go legit insane after a couple of years. makes Adam Sandler look as tough as a rock.

I actually Own little Nicky. i liked the concept, loved it visally. Adam was silly in it but everything else was great.

BUT.... Little Nicky was the beginning of the hate, thats when people kind of started to turn against him.

Interesting review from someone who was excited about it

I really wanted to love the new Ghostbusters film, but I came away very disappointed. And its not that Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters is a bad movie (it isn’t), for me it’s just not a good Ghostbusters film. It’s a funny yet average summer comedy filled with two-dimensional characters and a lazy blockbuster third act we’ve seen many times before. Aside from some of that new ghostbusting tech, nothing in this film is particularly iconic. You will not be quoting any of the lines from this film for years to come. And Fall Out Boy’s remake of the cheesey yet classic Ghostbusters theme song is objectively awful.

I don't think this is one of those movies that can count on China to bail it out. Although, I'm wondering if that's why they released that clip of them testing the equipment, in the hopes that the Chinese will be fooled into thinking this is another Iron Man movie.

I'm going to try to see the Shallows before it leaves theaters. This weekend might be the last opportunity to catch it on a good screen.
