The one shot where there was a group, they're all blue :dunno

While in GB1-2 there was a massive variety of different looks and colors. I'll see this when it hits Netflix or TV, and sit through it with pure hate like I did TMNT.

I watched TMNT via a crappy stream video and it was awful. Not even a hd version would make it any better. It's still the same crappy Shrek-Hulk turtles at the core of the movie. It's the same reason why TMNT 2 will be bad also, yeah it may have Bebop and Rocksteady in it etc. but it's still the same crappy turtles at the heart of the movie.

This movie has to be good because they are not using hot sexy actresses to sell tickets. In a way it mirror’s the original!

The character of Rey in TFA was also originally written for McCarthy in order to be more "inclusive" with regard to non-ideal female body types. Originally they were going to have Starkiller Base implode due to impact tremors of McCarthy flipping around during her duel with Kylo but alas her work on "Spy" went a bit long and they had to recast the character with Daisy Ridley at the last minute.

It had a good writer, too with Harold Ramis.

This new movie just looks like utter tripe for the tumblr kiddies of today who've never seen (or heard of) the original film.

again, said before, but it will make money.....I wish all internet bashing would force them into re writes.....or just scrap and start over.

Hopefully this new film at least prompts a limited theatrical re-release of the original like we saw with Genisys/T1.

I saw the original in the theatres a few years back for the 30th anniversary. Loved seeing it on the big screen. I had grown up only seeing it on TV. Watch Sony push a "mini" marathon with the original and number 2 before the reboot in an attempt to get people to show up.

Screw that, Let Feig sink with his ship. Unfortunately as others have said, it will make some money. Will most likely be the #1 movie that week. I don't know what the budget of this was to know what it will have to take for it to be a success for Sony.

It has had at least two theatrical screenings here in recent years. I believe the first was the 30th anniversary deal that you allude to, but one was done last year. It was playing for a week straight. Of course, I saw it both times. I also saw Back to the Future, Raiders, and the Terminator last year. I go to the movies more for the classic films than new ones.

Best I have seen was Jaws.....amazing on big screen.....

I posted this shortly after the trailer premiered:
The whole damn thing looked stupid. Only a few seconds in and there's slime facial, c'mon. I'm not sure why Jones is being singled out, all she's doing is what McCarthy does in her other movies, but McCarthy is playing it straight here so somebody else had to fill that role.
and now today I see this
Guys! Guys we can relax, the movie was never racist!!!

Leslie Jones' 'Ghostbusters' role was written for Melissa McCarthy

:clap:hi5:
So that must mean I just won the internet! Wooohooo!
:dance :banana

The grand prize is a free screening of this movie? Um, on second thought I believe crows just won.[emoji1]

:lol

They could have cast her as a Rathtar, the resemblance would have been uncanny!

On second thought, she would have probably devoured Finn right away.

I remember back in the day when Marvel comics gave out the "No Prize". This is way more awesome.

Just watched the trailer. Meh. Maybe it will turn out good, but probably not. I'll definitely be watching it when it's released on blu or UHD.

You know on second thought.......

I went to the Zoo with the family today... the immature and stupid comments made by the adults around me made me reconsider.....

This is going to be a blockbuster....lewd, simple, cheap, immature and stupid humor is definitely what people like and want.

It was like a contest for the people around me for biggest idiot with loudest attempt at gutter humor.

The animals were more dignified.
