It's a bloody comedy about a bunch of arguably funny people catching ghosts. Who cares.
It will not come to your house and steal your DVDs of the original movie.

Why did that guy make a video stating that he wasn't gonna make a video to review the new movie?

Because James Rolfe is a huge fan of Ghostbusters. The first thing people will pester him to do is to review the movie, so he said he's not going to do it. Perhaps you've never heard of the Angry Videogame Nerd?
