Finished the game this morning and was pretty impressed with it. Great graphics and awesome gameplay. The ending was drawn out longer than the Extended cut of Return of the King though..just wanted it to be over with. I have one major gripe with the game and thats the fixed camera...unacceptable. Other than that, it was a blast and I'll probably play it again one more time.

They actually touch on the camera in one of the videos under the extras. According to them the visuals we have in game wouldn't be possible if they allowed us to control the camera.

Got too agree with you there, the ending was quite Drawn out. But when it ended I did end up liking the ending

There's one thing that has allways kinda bugged me and maybe someone can help me out.
As most of you know in GOW2, Kratos kills the Fates and now has the power to go back in time, much of his anger towards the Gods stems from them not ridding him of the guilt he has for killing his wife and daughter, so why didn't he just go back in to the moment right before he killed his family and stop himself from doing it and spare himself all this pain?

The whole Time Travel thing is a messy business and that is a hard question too answer. Who knows, i'm sure you could think of something imaginative :D

It's not messy, rather $$$ business. GoW II has lots of plot holes like that.

I just finished the game myself on Hard mode from the get go. I died 46 times. :lol

VERDICT: Great gameplay, but messy and nonsensical plot with terrible characters that I don't give two ____s about.

I think the story in general after the first God of War is a downhill tumble. I'm not sure why I expected so much from it...meh.

It did look nice while it lasted though. Time to hit up the challenges.

Hey guys, sorry if asked or answered. Anyone have a complete list of Codes and where available? I know of the Ultimate edition codes, Gamestop preorder code, and the 7Eleven Morpheus code....what else am I missing? Seen some Apollo code...not sure where available or what else?

Thanks

Apollo skin was the pre-order bonus from Amazon.com. You'll have to hit eBay if you want one. I believe there is a total of 5 bonus skins available for Kratos.

Only challenge I haven't been able to beat is the one where you have to be turned to stone 10 times without dying. 6 is my highest. I can't ever get past those damn ram men with the double blades. They gave me fits in the regular game as well. Still haven't figured out how to beat them legit without just continually spamming my buttons.

^^^In the game you just need to block and counter every move they do. And use the whip to launch them in the air and let them have everything you got. In this challenge I have no idea how to do this.

The whole brother Story Arc is still considered Non-Canon
But in my playthrough of GOW3 in the Underworld there was a note that seemed too refer too his brother

Kratos ??? Omg i thought you were dead, and yea man your bro really wants to kill you might wanna deal with that.:monkey4

I've played GOW and GOW 2, and I've always wondered, why is Kratos such an a-hole?

He's always killing poor, innocent citizens that are running for their lives.
