Going off the Google translation of the caption on the Ric Twitter, it seems like this will indeed be an exclusive accessory.

Now it raises the question, if this is the exclusive, what happened to the 2nd head, will it be standard. I hope since it's from the American movie, Diamond gets to release it at some point.

Yeah, we haven't seen the second head since it was unpainted. Hope they don't include it with the standard and not the Ric.

Diamond reissuing it would indeed be cool, but it won't come with a Muto. All of the reissues so far have been bare-bones.

Congrats! One of the most badass pieces they've put out.






G14 lives. Stop your grinnin' and drop your linen. Ric Boy site has the exclusive (with mini male Muto) up for PO at roughly $209. HobbySearch has the standard for about $174. According to those two sites, this guy clocks in at 31-32cm!
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a second head.

i realize the details in sculpt and paint are much better but doesnt seem like much of an upgrade from neca with that seam IMO.

Folks on the X-Plus Kaiju Collectors FB group are thinking the seam may not be as bad (or nonexistent) on the final piece. Just a prediction.

You can cancel for a short time with no penalty.

It's a premium to go along with the main figure. It's not intended to be in scale, i.e. a two figure set.

Sounds like the sea louse that came with the '84, definitely not to scale.

Doesn't make sense though, so few MUTO items out there, surely they'd think people would want one in scale, unless they couldn't release one, maybe they planned 2 heads and something happened where they have to release MUTO as an exclusive so they opted for that instead of a 2nd head.

Well that makes my decision easier, I'll go with the regular edition seeing that the Muto isn't to scale.

I don't remember if there was ever and official statement about the head or if we all just assumed that with 2 heads, one was sure to be a RIC exclusive since no regular release has ever come with such an accessory.
