I sold off most of my old comics and POTF stuff to a local comic shop and made enough to pay for the closing on my new home. The real sad part is while I was getting rid of it I STILL had that .....what if in two years this garbage skyrockets in price feeling!

SAME HERE! I felt the same way selling my comics but then I just thought about how they haven't done sh** in the years that I've had them and I've moved them to 3 different houses......GOT TO GO! Hey if someone sells them for millions later so be it.....I've got a place for my weedwacker now on the shelf they were sitting on!

Oh man, I thought I felt bad about my collection of junk.

I probably have 50 versions of Jim Lee's X-Men number 1. Like, 10 of each cover or whatever. And of course, I've got multiple copies of Spawn #1, McFarlane's Spiderman #1, even *shudder* Youngblood #1.

And I have the Spirit of Obi Wan figure.

Dude that Obi does . Just sold mine but did the arms even move on that figure?

That's pretty cool Ski. I love the old books...the look of them is just awesome. The oldest book I had was an Iron Fist #30 something...first apppearance of Sabretooth. Pretty awesome condition but I never sent it in to be graded.

It was my fathers, I got it whenever I was like 16... took it out of a chest a TREASURE chest from my grandmothers home whenever she was alive and gave it to me because I liked Lou Ferrigno.

It's not much a lil over $100 something I believe from AFA. It's been some years though ago since I did that.

LMAO..I knew my comment about Image and Valiant comics would stir up some emotions.

Anyways, I received the second half of my gohastings order. Batman DX02. When I received the box from UPS, I was really worried. the box was beat up and the taping was torn on the sides. I picked up the box and all I heard was rattling and loose items shaking about.

I opened the box and some of the items flew out of the box and the box was half flapped open. Luckily everything was there and okay. DAMN you gohastings for shipping in such a big box with no air packets or anything to cushion the item. I've attached two pics. But I put everything back into place for Batman. I put the DX02 box back into the shipping box for taking a pic of how they shipped it.

Luckily everything is okay. The Lost Predator they shipped to me was packed well. I guess it depends on which store and employee packs and ships it.

It has been said before, but it bears repeating--if you care at all about the condition of a box, don't order from Hastings!

I suspect Ringer's experience was an aberration.

My box was fine. Just to be clear. Just everything inside got tossed around and amazing no damage.

I'm 3-3 with gohastings so far. Can't beat the prices when there's a discount!!
