I've been pro go.hastings up to this point, having received an SS Vader and a Stormtrooper from them in fine shape. However, to my dismay, today I received my ordered SS Sandtrooper and the figure's pauldron was missing from the box.

I'm debating whether to email and complain(which will undoubtedly warrant a return of the entire product, i.e. big pain in the ass), see if I can scrounge up the piece somewhere else, or just use an orange pauldron from the old Kotobukiya Sandtrooper and call it a day.

Got my first order of two. The boxes had definite shelf wear. The Hellboy box was more beat up than Pred. They weren't opened. The slip cover on the pred was backwards and upside down. Each came in its own larger outer box. They were packed well with bubble wrap and paper packing. The outer boxes was tossed around at USPS pretty good. Came from Amarillo, TX..

I got my Palpatine/Sidious pack in today. The box was beat to hell, but the figs were fine. For $40 I'm not going to complain.

Got my Pred 1 today -- $137 shipped!

Box is in good shape, including the plastic slip cover. That was a surprise.

Figure mint and untouched.... and awesome!

Got part of my second order from Hastings. I got Marcus Wright. This time the outer box was kicked to hell and back. There was only one bubble pack. The cardboard slip that goes over the styrofoam box had some nicks; nothing major. For those ordering you really have to prepare yourself for not getting a mint box. Doesn't mean you won't get one, just that the odds are it won't. If you have that in mind ordering from Hastings won't be that bad.

Got my first hastings figure with an issue; one of the M4 magazines is missing.

Anyone know where I can get a magazine without having to pay $5+ shipping? I hate paying a buck for something so tiny and then paying more for shipping than what it cost me.

Found the magazine. The box was definitely opened prior to me getting it. The magazine fell out and was in one of the slots on the opposite side of the box. Glad I found it. It was bumming me out that it was incomplete.
