I think now that the word is out that the entire Cap film will be set in WWII we'll start seeing the exclusives' value increase at a quicker rate. Just a few weeks ago I was recommending the regular edition for its extra durability now I say if you find an affordable Ex. then go for it.

Just like the IM movie boosted the IM PF price, didn't happen. Majority of the time, Marvel Movies do nothing for market values of Marvel items.

Except for comics . . . right before the movie hits is usually the best time to sell comics from that movies character . . .

ASM 300 is the perfect example of that . . .

Good question . . it's possible that everything fed off each other . . . the movie being so good . . Marvel putting out a ton of Iron Man stuff . . he was appearing in almost every comic they put out . . .

I am watching the bowen Hulk statues and am interested in if this new movie affects the price at all . . .

Recently has been a real good time to buy the original Bowen spidey museum . . . that statue used to sell for $300 + . . . I've been seeing it from $170 to $200 . . .

look what happen to the Hulk PF...it was selling on eBay for about $450-$500 several months before the movies hype....and look what happen to the price...selling for about $800 now. The Hulk PF is about 1000, and the Captain America PF exclusive is 850, so Captain America should see a rise in price near the movie release. It's a good sign since the movie is not releasing anytime soon.
