The last I checked, the final Flex payment is scheduled for May 15th, so it should be sometime around then.

Yeah , 2nd qtr.'s gonna be a bit rough. Just with LOTR alone I've got my two Gollum pre-orders and two each [excl. & reg. edition] of the Gandalf and Legolas maquettes.

nothing yet, but i'll let you know if they convert.
more or less did it to see if ssc's low quantity alert bar was accurate. don't really care one way or the other if i get this one or not.

Years ago when you could actually make some really good money flipping statues I did my fair share, but those days are long gone. I just like both versions of these two [and Aragorn] and plan on displaying the excl. and reg. editions beside each other.

well, well, well, guess what just converted for me. i placed two orders for this guy about a week after he sold out and surprise surprise they both just converted.

now why would people cancel this with the NRD well before it shippes, just another case imo where ssc is using the "Low Quantity Alert" bar to manipulate people into ordering.

not sure if i'm going to keep both of these, let alone one. i might cancel one and opt for the international version if it ever gets released.

Had to cancel which is a shame. Sideshow wouldn't offer me the FlexPay option on it and I'm about to drop a few thousand putting new windows in my house. Good luck to those on the waitlist.

You know, I really get tired of this SS 'manipulating' nonsense. I know we're living in a day and age where no one seems to want to take responsibility for their actions, but as an adult I know the only one responsible for the decisions I make....is me. I ordered two of these, and if for some reason I had to cancel my order then the only one I will hold responsible is me.....SS did not put a gun to my head. Not only did they did not force me to order these, they didn't force me to visit their website either.

As to why would people cancel their orders after putting down a deposit.....I don't know. Maybe you should ask choopie that question....

If I could have Flexpayed it I would have kept it. I've gotten a new job, moved and bought a house, all in the last three months. Things are different now than they were when I ordered this six months ago. That's life.

how does flex pay make it easier? Just put $100 a month into a cookie jar. Same thing SSC does for you.

If I could have Flexpayed it I would have kept it. I've gotten a new job, moved and bought a house, all in the last three months. Things are different now than they were when I ordered this six months ago. That's life.

I have to admit I am disappointed with SS in that they usually try to accommodate their customers, but perhaps they exceeded their quota of FlexPay orders and weren't willing to extend those numbers. But like you said....that's life and sometimes things happen that are outside of our control.
