Just saw a trailer for the first time where Kilowog spoke. I don't like it much. All I can think of is The Green Mile when I here him. I like the actor a lot but just not for Kilowog.

I think MCD is a great choice for Wog. The only other voice actor to do a decent Wog was Denis Haysbert for JLU.

I was looking through the book and if the movie looks half as good as some of the pictures, this film is going to be a CGI beauty fest. Im not an expert of GL but the character design for this film looks amazing. Each one very complex and elegant. Hope the story can hold up it's end of the bargain.

MCD is perfect for Wog. People have been given too much of the "Brooklyn Wog" from animated series where it feels weird but to me Wog always sounds deep and bellowing like that just like for some reason Sinestro always sounded British.
For those with the book, any chance you can upload shots of the ring from there? I am interested to see the non-CGI'd ring from the propmakers since it was reported that there is still CGI work going on with parts including the ring. I'm interested to see what they felt was the finishing point and what the film will note as the finishing point.

Picked up the Page to Screen book today and so far I'm really impressed with the thought process that went into everything. I'm not going too deep because I don't want to be totally ruined for the experience but it's obvious everyone was doing their damnedest to make this special.
