It seems like I will get the Hal PF for my birthday in april, so... YEAY! Its only the reg, but I am a big GL fan and only have a small statue from his thus far, so a PF will be great for the collection! Can't wait!

Thanks guys, I will enjoy it. I also thought about the life size bust, but I don't have the space for it. I own the Batman life size bust and LOVE that piece to death, but currently Batman is the only character I love enough to spend that much on a single collectible. I am on a students budget (plus a small job on the side), so I have to really think about my purchases.

But, yeah. Cannot wait for Hal, even if its still a while till april. The base looks so awesome and I love the detailed sculpt, even if I doubt that they have a badass gym on Oa that could make muscles like that possible. Well... Maybe he makes a gym out of comstructs when he is bored. ;-)

Absolutely! My dream is to have a Besta filled with all the batteries and the GL bust, PF, Sinestro PF, DC Museum piece and whatever else they throw our way .

GL came out before Batman though. Batman and Superman are the next JL members to come out after him.

As nice as this Green Lantern is, there is no denying that he will lose a lot of his "presence" when he is displayed next to the Batman PF and the upcoming Superman PF. At some point, I could see SSC releasing an epic pose that would look as imposing and powerful as Batman and Superman. Maybe that is just wishful thinking on my part and their intention all along was to have the "Trinity" appear ultra powerful whereas the less popular/secondary characters aren't meant to have that presence.

Regardless, this Green Lantern will always have a place thanks to the light-up feature and beautiful sculpt. If another one is in development, I really hope they let the piece speak for itself and banish any thought of including a gimmicky light-up feature.
