Congrats Chin! Now you know why those of us that have him think so much of the piece. This is a fantastic sculpt and the light up features truly take it to another level.

Thanks gents, yes it seems I have made an excellent choice sirs however this does make me now think of either Sinestro or doing a whole JLA display which I wasnt before. And that frightens me.

Yes I liked Sinestro Corps War far more than Blackest Night. It doesn't help that the trades for Blackest Night are a bit of a mess. Their are gaps in the Blackest Night trade that are intended to be filled by other trades and it gets convoluted. They should have made a trade that included issues from all sources and put them in chronological order.

Yes it was definately confusing for me as well still trying to figure the order!

The Sinestro Corps Wars felt like an epic motion picture. The narration was tight and well-paced with the characters very fleshed out. It certainly helped that you had only 2 titles with great writers in Johns, Tomasi, and Gibbons. I think Blackest Night had a lot to live up to, but it still carried itself well. The inclusion of the entire DCU for this mega event was validation of all the work Johns had done to resurrect the franchise. It also made it a bit messy and disjointed at times, but overall a very fun ride.

I really wish Warner Bros had the right people making decisions for their movies like Marvel does. The first GL movie should've been "Secret Origins" by Johns. Then let the sequel show Sinestro's turn. Seriously, you've got some of the finest GL stories ever written and you don't translate them verbatim? Anyway, best to stop digging up that old wound!

Sweet video! I can definitely see the Ethan Van Sciver influence on Hal's face. Surprised I didn't catch it sooner.

Very nice setup for your statues. I'd be tempted to snatch up the life-size GL bust to go along with Bats and Supes. Of course it's not my money.

Nice vid Chin. I agree with you 100%. Hal's head sculpt looks fantastic. The whole piece looks great and the light up feature really sets the piece off but Hal's face just looks great on this PF. It's easily the best head sculpt I have ever seen on any GL piece. Now you are deep in it as far as the rest of the JL line up is concerned. WW is next. Welcome aboard the JL express.

Chin could stop at Bats, Supes, and GL. After all, Geoff Johns elevated Hal to Trinity status in my book.

That said, I'd like to see any DC fan say no to this! He's hooked, line, and sinker.
