So I finally had a chance to open my GL. #814/1500. It's absolutely amazing. No real issues with it except for the finicky on/off switch. Everything else is amazing. What an awesome piece in person!!

I can't believe I scored this, even if it could be someone's return. :D

Congrats! It's an excellent piece. Just make sure you push dead center on the button for the light up features. If you hit it at an angle (or in a hurry) it can cause problems. However, whenever I pushed it dead center (firmly and slowly) it gives me no problems whatsoever. This is a fantastic PF and the light up features are perfect for this piece. It adds a lot to it.

Filip, that works great. I should have played with it more but I guess I was too excited to get this piece!!

Point being, if they get back a slew of returns that need small 'fixes' I don't think getting to those is the highest priority. When Spiderwoman came back in stock it was hit or miss if it was a seemingly 'new' piece or a possible return. Anyone think they discard the returns? Of course things get returned for reasons other than damage too.

I don't think they sell returns at all. Speaking from personal experience, any time I have had an issue they have told me to destroy a piece and they send a replacement or credit me. I then have to provide photos which I respectfully do immediately. I have never had anyone say "send the item back." You do have to send photos of a completely destroyed piece though to get your item replaced. Pretty sure they don't sell returns.

Wasn't really on my radar but i got it fro a great price and thought i'd check him out. Much much nicer in hand as others say. That left arm still worries me from certain angles though lol.

I wonder if anyone could make a custom replacement attachment other than just the fist. It's time Sideshow started offering more. I mean can you imagine if XM made a Green Lantern. We would have 10 different designs that the ring generates. :rotfl

No. I wouldn't buy the XM version. :lol Just saying that XM would make way more of an effort.

Yeah but that's what I'm saying, if Sideshow were to offer more they'd expect to price them higher. We'd end up eating the cost if we wanted them. I'm good with one or two switch outs, I generally go with the EX anyway. If I don't like the EX I just order a reg. Works for me.

I love when SS did the Captain A PF Exc back in the days. The exc were really bonuses =)

The Cap PF is one of the best EXs ever. It basically gives you 2 different statues for the price of one. 2 completely different eras of Cap. That said, I would never personally display WW2 Cap so a REG is all I would need. If I had the EX, the WW2 Cap would just stay in the box. That doesn't change the fact that it's an awesome EX.
