I really regret selling my GL. I'm contemplating hunting him down again. Problem is I've got so much on order

You should still be able to pick up a REG for a decent price when you have some funds available. The EX has really spiked in price but the REGs aren't too bad from what I can see. It looks like they are running for about $500. The EX is another story. Which one did you sell?

I sold the Reg. My problem is I live in the EU where hunting down past statues are a lot harder than in the States

I think there's 3 available on eBay starting from £475 for a Reg but when I can, hopefully I can snag a deal then. I must admit being patient and asking around on the boards. I do normally manage to get a far better deal than what's up on evilbay

But to be honest at the time I had no choice. I had to raise money fast. Joker I got back which I'm really happy about

Another other 3 I had to sell was the original Captain America PF which was my favourite piece I've ever owned

Thor PF which I know a lot of people love but I wasn't to bothered about selling

And the Spiderman Com which I may one day hunt back down again if SS* or XM don't make one in the near future

* has to be a comic version

Yeah, finding GL on the forum is your best bet. Most of the time, prices on here easily beat the going rate on ebay. As for those other pieces you mentioned, letting go of Cap and Spidey must have been painful. Those are some of SSC's very best pieces. I personally never cared for the Thor PF so I can understand where you are coming from regarding that PF. I also think you are better off waiting for SSC or XM to release new versions of those characters. Otherwise, you'll be spending top $$$ trying to re-acquire any of those statutes you sold off. Don't forget buddy, half the fun of this hobby is the thrill of the chase. Happy hunting.

Thanks filip. I've got the XM Captain America coming in Dec and I also have the new PF on order so I'm good there.

The Modern Thor PF is also on order which I much prefer over the classic and I'll probably pick up the XM Thor as well once Sosa has properly tweaked it

There are shots of all 3 together. The problem is that it's buried in one of the 3 threads. There's a lot of controversy about the scale of the GL PF so peeps have already posted pics of those 3 together so they can make a point about the scale of GL. The problem is that Bats is larger than 1/4 scale and GL is slightly smaller. That causes problems when peeps try to argue the scale of GL one way or the other.

While I agree that GL doesn't fit in perfectly with the Trinity, I don't really have a problem with that. I'll have the Trinity set up on one shelf and then the rest of the Big 7 on other shelves. Since the rest of the JLA will be on smaller bases (and I'm sure at least one or 2 of them will be slightly smaller than 1/4 scale), I'll just put Hal next to one of them. I plan on putting Hal on the same shelf as Flash. If they pair up well, I'm all good.

I dare say Green Lantern is to proper scale with Superman. It's just Batman who's too freaking large.
