Sorry to hear about your split, Gregg :( But at least it's amicable, that's a lot more than most people can say.

Excellent work on the Dude, man!

Wow Greg did you paint the Ganger Doctor head for BCS? If you did it looks awesome :rock

Ha ha ha I did indeed, I do all the paint jobs for Big Chief Studios. In fact I do a lot of the designs, as well as come up with the figures and accessories. So you could say I'm a big part in Big Chief Studios :)

Here is some images of my Big Chief Studios work. The first 4 photos haven't been seen before. Hope you like them.

Those eyes look incredible - you've definitely mastered that better than virtually anyone else

I thought it was but didn’t want to assume :lol

Those eyes :drool

Thank you so much buddy. I spent a lot of time getting the eyes right! I love spending a long time on prototype heads you can get so much out of them and put more work into them, due to the time and cost of a paint job lol

But how do they replicate it? I don't think they can

It is very close. Unlike Hot toys these have been completed hand painted by a team. Hot toys only really paint the skin effect, the eyes and sometimes the eyebrows are tampo printed or pad printed. I have been approving the heads each time they have finished a prototype, with minor changes here and there. But overall they are looking really good. Take a look at the picture below and you will see.
