I say there will 100% be at least one new 12" Joe figure at SDCC. Since Sideshow is down to only two 12" lines, and this being the biggest show of the year, and Sideshow having a long history of revealing huge products at con there is no way Joe gets left out. I dont expect a variant at all, will be a new figure. Probably Zartan.

I hope you're right King, but they have been dragging their feet as of late on the "muscle body" front. That blows the Joe line wide open if they get that body out. Is the Dead line really DOA? Seriously why SSC, why are you doing away with the 12" dolls?

Its evident that the real money for them is in PF or statues.

If SS drops Zartan, Ripper, Buzzer and Torch at SDCC, Ill never another bad thing about them again

Doubtful. Although an entirely different genre, I don't see Joe fans being much different than The Dead's collectors and look what's happening there. Sure people'll be balls-deep into the first release but then things'll die down when more polystone and less 12" get released before becoming an all out mutiny.

Highly doubt it, Marvel has a larger following

I agree King at least 1 if not 2. I'm not quite sure on my guesses but I would be shocked if we didn't see 1-2.

Maybe not, but I think that like SW they'll keep pumping out the 12 inch figures year after year. A great PF still beats any 1/6 figure which caters to those who just want the most awesome representation of a character on display, even HT's latest and greatest Dastan can't measure up to the PF.
