The Cloverfield Monster in my opinion was pretty cool. He was really interesting and I loved the design.
The movie itself is what is pretty retarded though....

I had a different experience with Expendables 2, watched it with the gf at the time and we both ended up wanting to beat the guy sitting behind us because he wouldn't shut the hell up and when Chuck *****king Norris showed up he lost it. Also had Avengers ruined the first time I saw it because of some woman laughing thru her nose at every second word....

I loathe loud annoying crowds. There is a time and place even within the movie for some noise but most people aren't smart enough to figure that out.

I have to agree. Even if the movie is funny and not to be taken seriously, annoying loud drunk crowds will ruin it for me.
Specially because when people are like that in a theater you cannot even hear the movie. So what is the point of going to the movies if you are just going to hear some drunks yell at the screen?

It's like, You might as well go to a bar or rent a movie and invite some friends over or something.
But going to the movies with a really bad crowd feels like a waste of money and time for me because the experience becomes all about the crowd and you cannot even pay attention to the movie.

Iron Man isn't Expendables 2.

Iron Man is a different beast. When you see a trashy dumb blockbuster like EX2, it's better with people yelling ****, laughing, and clapping, because it takes away from the fact the movie is retarded.
