There was a lot of "cringe inducing" stuff in this episode. "The escape" made me literally gasp, it was so painful to watch.

The leg scene didn't bother me because it looked so rubbery and fake, but yeah, that escape in the beginning with the guy ripping himself free, I had to turn away more than once.
