I just saw the finale. WTF did I just watch? I was just staring at the screen in disbelief after it was over. Man, if that was the series finale I would have been raging.
Was that really Bedelia in the end or was she part of Hannibal's "mind palace"?
Holy crap what a ride! I can't wait for season three. There is no way I'm gonna be able to sleep straight after watching that.

In the UK, we don't tend to use the word 'season', instead we use series. Therefore, you could say, every series ends with a series finale.

Ah, so, it's a cultural thing. Here in the US, we tend to use "series" to refer to the overarching show, and "seasons" to refer to what you'd, I suppose, refer to as "series"; so, when you said "series finale," I interpreted that as the definitive ending (I.e. The show had been cancelled), rather than just the end of, to prevent any further miscommunications, what I'll just refer to as the second "act," if you will.

What is fanny? I know it's interpreted as "buttocks" to some, but I never knew of the other translation. I know of the others; period's a point of punctuation or menstruation, and the latter has been used for everything from Cigarettes to bundles of sticks to hateful slurs regarding sexuality.
