me too...I still have my hopes that sometime in the future Sega will put the gloves back on and make another console. Highly unlikely though because there is so much competition right now. Could you guys imagine what it could've been if Sega decided to put a DVD in it??? I believe that alone would've made the Dreamcast last that generation.

~~that video brought back some serious memories. my only problem with that list is that Soul Caliber needs to be higher on it. Seriously, I played that game more than any of the others.

~~~and by the way--- I still play my SATURN on a regular basis. How's that for being a Sega fanboy??? We should start up a Sega fanclub!!!!
I miss my Sega Saturn (my cat used it as a litter box, ewww!). Some of my favorite games were Virtua Cop 1 and 2, SCUD: The Disposible Assassin, Area 51 and The Die Hard Trilogy. My sistser loved Daytona USA and Nights.
I had a Saturn, as well. The light gun games were fun. Street Fighter vs. X-Men, Darkstalkers, and Fire Pro Wrestling were my favorites. Hurricane Rita took it away from me, though.
I also picked up a Dreamcast a couple years ago, but it was really inconsistent, in that it worked about half the time, and would cut out in the middle of games. While I had it, I sure enjoyed the heck out of those Power Ring games (or whatever they were called). Really fun stuff.
I also still have my Dreamcast, two as a matter of fact(not showing off or anything:peace)and still play them from time to time. I wish I had more free time to enjoy all the games of the world:monkey2. I purchased my 1st ever arcade stick just to play Marvel Vs Capcom and it was well worth it due to all the other fighting games that eventually came out for the system. I also still have two Virtual On Twin sticks for competitive play. I wish that Sega had made a system link feature for that game to re-create the arcade Vs experience instead of the split screen. I also own two sets of the official Samba de Amigo maracas. The music is still pretty catchy and the game is a good workout.
I totally forgot about those. I had Powerstone 1 and 2, as well. Great 3D fighting games by Capcom.
Well, your birthday is over, Dreamcast. Expect another celebration in 10 years, maybe by then Sega will give you a younger brother to root for.
I'm pouring one put for my homie the Dreamcast!
