Does anyone really take CBG seriously ? As far I can tell, everyone who wanted this statue ordered it the first day myself included. Then you had CBG come in and use his warped logic and self-deprecating stupidity to ***** about a $10 increase.He was also going to actually use some self-control and stick to he newly found principles and not order the statue. A Couple of days later he sees only a few HQ are left and so he buys it, only to cancel it the same night.Now he wants a representative from SS to offer him an explanation...on a statue he is not currently buying.At best the dude is a joke/troll at worst the thread becomes an analysis in regards to the way his mind works.

I'm sure upper management at Sideshow has called an emergency meeting. The topic....deciding on a delegate to address this forum and offer explanations to all customers who initially pre-ordered this piece, then canceled, but who may once again order in the secondary market in the near future.
Lastly, all customers who are offered an explanation will be charged a non-refundable $10 deposit.
Either ppl complain about SS or complain about complaining about SS or complain about people complaining about complaining about SS.
Other than that its been CBG and nipples.

I don't think that Punisher is the standard to judge that by. Most statues don't get an ES for weeks.
And it's not so much the benefit of the doubt; I just don't consider their business decisions to be my business. If they want to raise ES before a sell out, more power to them. If they intended to raise it based on how steadily it was selling, but didn't catch it before the low quantity meter hit, what business is it of mine? It only takes 100 people cancelling or getting declined on the NRD to eliminate that low quantity bar. 100, out of how many thousand statues? It's really not a stretch.

Besides the fact that they dont immediately cancel for a CC decline. It hadnt been up long enough for that to be the reason.
In a 24 hour period we have had this from SS:
* Fake Harley sellout Shenanigans,
* People getting charged/asked to move final flex early for Poison Ivy (Including shipping, which was outrageously high for many) despite them not actually having received the stock yet (League of Shadows excuse),
* 60 Wolverine LSF's somehow coming back into stock despite their assurance on social media that there were only 20 left (BEFORE the Avengers code fiasco) and that there wouldnt be any more.
Methinks your not seeing the forrest through the trees.

I agree! My IP had unfairly gotten blocked by StatueForum and the moderators wouldn't respond to my e-mails (fairly certain they weren't even getting them). CBG messaged the mods there and helped me get my account all set up.
