I'd be surprised to see SS take on the HP stuff. With the movies now done the hype will cool down potential collectors. I'm also very satisfied with GG had done with the mini bust. I thinks its one of the best lines out there.
I'd be curious to see how well the line would do if SS had it. HP is more kid based, those lines dont seem to sell as well as the more machismo male Marvel & SW stuff.

My girlfriend and I started playing the Lego Harry Potter game the other day and after looking at some of the Lego sets I think I want to start a collection. The Diagon Alley set looks awesome!

Yeah, he's shipping already. So YAY! I am very excited to see him. But he may be shipping in Sept for all other companies. You know how long it takes them to get theirs. When you buy direct, it's always much faster.
The Lego sets are awesome. I have most of the newer stuff and they are great.If your starting small, the mini addon Hogwarts or Hagrids hut is great. Bigger sets Diagon Alley or the Big HogWarts is amazing set.
The Train for me personally just isnt as great once its built.

Yeah, the Knight Bus looks pretty sweet. And who wouldn't want a Stan Shunpike Lego figure?
My only concern is the cost. I've always felt Legos were way too expensive for what they are. I'll have to keep an eye out for sales I guess.
Do you know if there are any new sets coming out?

Anyone have the older jointed 8 and/or 12 inch dolls from Mattel they'd like to sell? I guess they'd be 1/6 scale, not the smaller 7 inch line.

Ohhh Yay!!! Got him from GG site. He arrived today.....
but his finger was broke. So sad. Called customer service, had to send them a pic. Hopefully it gets taken care of fast. I like the statue. I'm no expert, although I've been collecting along time. I think its up their with SS quality. Colored Box is like the GG Bust Line. I only took pics to send to GG customer service. To sad to go nuts with the camera at the time. And I'm no photographer.
Also listed as a 250 edition size.
