I suppose you mean 1/6?

Hot Toys has 2 versions, you want V.2. Be prepared to spend $200 on ebay.

you mean like this one?

omg hells yeah, i want one like that, the eyes light up?? also, i looked on ebay and i only saw a couple of these, are they like super rare or something? i was hopeing they'd make one that was not a LE.

and whats the version 1 look like?

there are 2 versions. the regular and the battle damaged. mine is the battle damaged. it is better IMO cuz of the skull base. the regular only has the plain plastic base. both of these sold for about $130 originally a few years ago. dont know how much they are worth now. the battle damaged version is very rare.

Well there a few years old so they aren't going to be easy to come by.

V1, the paint isn't as detailed and you don't get that cool skull base. Save up and get V.2.

and yes the eyes light up with a little switch in back powered by button cell batteries. all the pistons move as well. plus the fingers are fully articulated. mouth also opens and closes. it's very fragile though. use extreme caution if you ever get one. a true masterpiece and work of art by Hot Toys IMO.

Your best bet might be posting a WTB in the want to buy section. I got mine from an awesome seller here on the forums. You can't go wrong with this figure. :borg

There is also a diecast metal one by Aoshima(sp?). It's more rare and not as detailed, but some people prefer it because it's shiny.

The regular has very nice paint apps, it's just done to look like it came fresh from Skynet's factory, where the BD has more damage and wear on it. It's a matter of what look you like for your figure.

There is also the Neca 18" Terminator Skeleton which also has light up eyes and is at around $35-$40. Also Neca has a great 7" inch figure with an awesome detailed skull base and goes for around $15-$20. Mcfarlane also has a 6" Terminator Endoskeleton figure with varying prices, around $45 and Up. But Hot Toys Terminator V1 and V2 are both amazing if you can get a hold of any of those two, you won't be disappointed. But I do agree that the V2 Battle Damaged Hot Toys Figure does come with an awesome base, Great for Displaying.

Well yea, what I mean is, as a few ohers have said, the paint is applied fine, but the paint doesn't do a great job of looking like chrome. Where as the BD version has more a reason not to look shiney.

I have both versions and they rock. The best in my opinion remains the battle damaged one with the better stand. But also my opinion is that they are the best 1/6 figures ever made, the details and craftmanship is just awesome.

Limited to 600? Glad I got mine when I did then, about 1 yr ago for $180 shipped to the UK. BD version is so much better, I hated the plasticcy toy-look the regular version had.

Plastic toy look of the V1? So a few scuff marks make it look more authentic? Its the exact same figure with a few dirt or scuff marks :lol

I like the dirty battle-worn look like some people's customed USCM.

I do too but you can't deny that its the exact same piece with dirt and scuff marks. Thats all i'm saying. Same paint and materials.

Thats why I bought the BD 1:1 Endo skull, its the exactly the same as the clean version but (at one time) 1/3 the price.
